Every figure on this dashboard traces back to one of the documents below. Each kind of money has exactly one authority: where a source file and a bank or exchange export disagree, the export governs and the source file is corrected. Links open the document in place and require a signed-in account with permission — access is granted by Martin Doan.

Paid Ads report — MENA
Marketing line: Facebook and Google ad spend attributed to MENA. Paid centrally by HQ, so it sits outside the office accounts and the bank reconciliation. Attribution is campaign-name based and flagged as partial coverage at source.

How the books are proved each month. Bank movement per account must equal the statement to the fils; the ledger wallet balance must equal the exchange balance; salary expense must equal the payroll sheet; USD sent to each Egypt office must equal USD recorded as received in that office’s transfers log. The month locks on the 5th and is closed on the 6th–7th.
